History

ALG Liisingu AS is a quality real estate development company with a rich history. The company has been operating on the Estonian market since 1994.
Initially, the company was engaged exclusively in financial activities. Later, by acquiring a subsidiary, it divided these two directions – Omega Laen AS is engaged in financial activities (issuing loans), and ALG Liisingu AS is successfully engaged in real estate development.
The history of development of our real estate projects begins in 2005.
Over the next years, we are constantly developing, offering our customers the following services:

  • * Financing for the acquisition of our facilities.

The company constantly expands the range of its activities and develops new directions. During the years of work of our company, various types of residential buildings have been built – apartment buildings, private and terraced houses. Residential buildings were also reconstructed.
The work of the ALG Liisingu AS team is aimed at achieving the highest result in the field of real estate development. Our experienced staff is always ready to help the client make the right decision when choosing a property. The motto of cooperation with our customers is: “Our customer is our partner”. It is thanks to this approach that we have gained the trust of a large number of customers.

Estonia

Our projects in Estonia

Heki tee 6, Viimsi
Apartment house with total area of 12085.9 m2, in one of the most prestigious areas on the border of Tallinn. 111 apartments with different layouts, some apartments have saunas. It was built in 2006 and was quickly sold out.
Pere tee 19, Saue vald
A house with an area of 235 m2 (with a plot of 3003 m2) - thanks to a well-thought-out layout, several generations of one family can live independently of each other. Year of construction: 2018. Sold in 2019
"Pirnipuu Kodu", Maardu
This project is a whole residential area that has been developed by ALG Liisingu AS for several years now. Pirnipuu Kodu are row boxes with an area of 101.1 m², of which the living area is 95.9 m², auxiliary rooms 3.5 m², technical room 1.7 m². On the ground floor there is a terrace of 12.9 m², on the second floor there is a balcony of 5.9 m². Total area 119.9 m². Each apartment has a thoughtful layout, 2 parking spaces (one under the roof), its own terrace and sauna. Start of construction of the first stage - 2009. This is how the project was initially presented at the beginning of the development of the area (first picture). And this is the how the development continues now. We never stand still. We closely follow the dynamics of the market development and requirements of our customers. Keeping up with the times, we keep the general concept of architectural solutions. Houses 119-137 have already been successfully sold. The start of construction is 2018, the last house from this stage was sold in 2021. Houses 184-186. Kungla 45, Tallinn
An apartment building, restored in 2012 in accordance with all the requirements for the restoration and preservation of objects, subject to the protection of ancient monuments. The total living area is 453.9 m2 (apartments ranging from 37 m2 to 82.7 m2). Sold in 2015.
Kungla 45A, Tallinn
The house was built in 2013 in a prestigious area with buildings, subject to the protection of ancient monuments. The house was built in accordance with certain requirements for such an area. Apartments ranging from 22.5 m2 to 81.3 m2. The total living area is 613 m2. Sold in in 2019.
Härjapea 25a, Tallinn
Apartment building built in 2019, consisting of 12 apartments, ranging from 34.3 m2 to 78.8 m2. It is located in the historical part of the city of Tallinn and was also built according to all the development requirements of this area. Sold in 2019
Niidu tee 1 and 2, Rae vald
Built in 2017, this project consists of two identical houses, each with 6 boxes (two-story apartments with an area of 100 m2). Before each entrance - 2 parking spaces. Located 5 minutes’ drive from Tallinn Airport. Thanks to high-quality construction and thoughtful planning solutions, all 12 apartments were sold in a year, in 2018. Sold in 2019

Built in 2017, this apartment building has 10 apartments, ranging from 44 m2 to 100.1 m2. Located in the historical part of Tallinn. The total building area is 618.7 m2. Sold in 2018.

The house, which was renovated in 2011. Apartments ranging from 23.1 m2 to 85.3 m2. Total living area - 527.1 m2. The project was completed in accordance with all the requirements that are provided for renovation and preservation of objects, subject to protection of ancient monuments. Sold in 2012.
Teigari tee 26, Viimsi vald
A semi-detached house with a unique location in a prestigious suburban area of Tallinn, with stunning sea views. The house was built in 2018. The area of each apartment is 151.3 m2 (the whole house is 302.6 m2). Sold in 2020.
Õnne tee 2, Rae vald
Twin house in the suburbs of Tallinn. The living area of each apartment is 123 m2, the terrace is 19.3 m2. Year of construction - 2017. Sold in 2018.
Tiskre 39, Tallinn
Multi-apartment house (areas from 59.6 m2 to 65.3 m2), located in an actively developing part of the suburb of Talliin (5 minutes from the city border). Construction began at the end of 2014. Sold in 2015.
Välja tee 20 and 22, Tiskre
Two identical projects that consist of 4 apartments. Each on of 129.5 m2. Total area 540m2, living area 518m2. Year of construction - 2016. Sold in 2017

“Green Village” , Palanga
The unique private residential complex Green Village is located in a quiet area of the Palanga resort, just 400 meters from the sandy beach. It includes 24 beautifully furnished houses. Each has its own garage and a terrace. In addition to other advantages, houses are rather private. The area of each cottage is 160 m². Construction of the complex - 2011. Most of the cottages were sold by 2021, with only 2 remaining. 
“Kunigiškių namai” , Palanga
The quarter is located in the resort town of Lithuania, in Palanga, at a distance of only 400 meters from the sea coast. This is a great place both for residence and vacations. Multi-family and single-family houses with energy efficiency class "A" are built using only high-quality building materials that ensure long-term utilization. The general arrangement of windows in buildings and houses allows for natural light.  The premises are equipped with mechanical ventilation system. "V9 Namai", Palanga
Vanagupe 9 is a current project in development. Houses of the V9 Namai project are located on the outskirts of Palanga, away from the bustle of the city, just 300 meters from the coast of the Baltic Sea. This is a great place for summer holidays or domestic life. V9 Namai is an exceptional project. 6 houses are being built with 147 residential and recreational apartments. “Parko Vilos” , Palanga
